How to use

Our inserts are not recommended for individuals with sensitive or very thin skin, or for those who are pregnant or breastfeeding.

How to Use Lyfta™ Inserts:

Step 1:

Put on your clothing first. For best results, use with snug-fitting garments.

Step 2:

Attach the inserts to the inside of your clothing, not directly on your skin.

Step 3:

Gently scoop your breasts upward and inward to create a natural cleavage.

Step 4:

While scooping, press the inserts against your breasts and hold firmly to secure.

Step 5:

Check both sides in the mirror for balance and adjust as needed.

How to wash

Step 1:
Hand wash with clean water or a mild, neutral detergent.

Step 2:
Gently lather and clean the surface until it's fully clean.

Step 3:
Place the insert with the raised side facing down in a well-ventilated area to air dry.

(Avoid direct sunlight.)

Step 4:
Once completely dry, apply the protective film to both sides for storage.

Important Tips:

Do not use towels, paper towels, hair dryers, brushes, soap with strong chemicals, or laundry detergent.
Avoid touching the adhesive with dirty or oily hands to maintain stickiness.
